  • Creation and implementation of training prograns
  • Delivering and maintaining an annual training and development activity plan for the Retail teams, and Retail Line Management
  • Working in partnership with both external training suppliers
Required Skills
  • University graduate T&D background with a knowledge of the training process in international businesses (FMCG,retail, production);
  • Strong relationship skills, strong organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English skills to communicate with English-speaking top-managers and to be interviewed in English
